Umpire Pre-Season Training Schedule

UPDATED: 14th March, 2012

Please see below for information on the 2012 community umpire pre-season training schedule.

Some important considerations:

– Ensure you hydrate during the day, bring a water bottle and wear sunscreen.

– Wear light colored clothing visible to traffic, bikes and other parties.

– Bring a Hat.

– Ensure early treatment for injuries.

– Team up with a training buddy so that you can assist one another and perhaps share transport.

– Whilst the physical components of preparation require endurance with efforts and some discomfort at times, ensure that you take pre caution for your welfare e.g. asthma puffers, swim at depths within capability range etc.
