Premiers Crowned on Grand Final Weekend

TWENTY two of the WA Amateur Football Leagues 25 grades came to an end last weekend with B Grade and below competing in Grand Finals on Saturday, September 15.

The remaining three grades, including the A Grade, will conclude this weekend at Medibank Stadium, Leederville.

In the A Grade University will try to go back to back when they take on Trinity Aquinas, while North Fremantle meet Trinity Aquinas in the Reserves and Mt Lawley also play Trinity Aquinas in the Phil Scott Colts.

For the first time in WA Amateur Football League history the game will also be broadcast via the web, radio and internet.

Listeners will be able to tune in to Radio Fremantle 107.9 from 2:00pm onwards and a highlights package will be screened on Foxtel channel Aurora (183) on Monday, September 24.

All matches will also be available to watch on the WAAFL website and to purchase on DVD.
