PFL State Men’s and Women’s Squads Announced

State footy returns in 2023 with the PFL heading east to take on the Victorian Amateur Football Association (VAFA) in a double header for our Senior Men’s and Women’s sides on Saturday 15 July at Elsternwick Park.

The Women’s side will kick-off the action at 9:00AM AWST, followed by the Men’s side taking the field at 12:00PM AWST. Both matches will be live streamed on Streamer.

44 players have been selected in the Men’s squad which will be coached by Curtin Uni Wesley’s Craig White, along with his assistants Cory Dell’Olio and Adam Pickering.

The Men’s squad features 11 clubs across the Toyota A and B Grades with the most prominently selected teams being Curtin Uni Wesley with 9 players, Trinity Aquinas with 8 players and Kingsway with 7 players.

Wembley’s Parris Laurie will be at the helm of the Women’s side for the second year in a row alongside her assistants Harry Beaton and Ash Atkins.

A squad of 44 players has been selected which features 19 clubs across all 7 of the Toyota Women’s Grades. The most prominently selected teams include North Beach with 6 players, Curtin Uni Wesley, Kingsley, Melville, Piara Waters and University all with 4 players.
