The West Coast Eagles State Amateur Under 23's have kept their hopes of winning the AAFC National Championship alive with a last gasp win against Tasmania in game one. The AAFC National Championship format see's the teams play two, 20 minute halves and it was the West Coast Eagles State Amateur Under 23's on top by three points at the break.
