Lynwood Ferndale’s Brendan Wainwright reaches 300 games

Lynwood Ferndale player and current president Brendan Wainwright will reach 300 games this Saturday at Ferndale Park.

Brendan started playing juniors at Lynwood Ferndale in 1995 before starting colts’ football in 2001.

He won the reserves best and fairest in 2003, 2013 and 2014.

He was the coach of the club’s reserves side in 2014 and 2015 before taking on the role of president which he has held since 2016.

Brendan received life membership of the Lynwood Ferndale Football Club in 2009.

On Saturday Brendan becomes just the sixth player to reach 300 games for Lynwood Ferndale.

The WAAFL congratulates Brendan on his 300-game milestone.
