Carlton Dry announced as the new beer behind Amateur Football

The Perth Football League is excited to announce Carlton Dry as the new beer behind amateur football for the 2021 season onwards.

Carlton & United Breweries have been the exclusive beer partner for the Perth Football League for the past 20 years, and this year, have repositioned Carlton Dry – one of WA’s most loved beer brands – to support local footy across the state.

The partnership includes a range of match-day and digital initiatives along with some exciting promotions planned to commemorate the league’s centenary season.

Carlton & United Breweries General Manager of Sales for WA, Danny Savage, was excited to see Carlton Dry take a lead role across amateur football in WA.

“Carlton & United Breweries have been proud supporters of WA footy for over 20 years, and with such a fanatical base of Carlton Dry drinkers in the state, this is a great opportunity for us to support in a really unique way,” he said.

Perth Football Marketing Officer, Adam Gileno, welcomed the WA-loved brand on board for the league’s centenary season.

“We believed it was the perfect time to make the change to a more recognised and loved product here in WA,” he said.

“The Perth Football League have worked collaboratively with Carlton & United Breweries on a very exciting promotion to give back to everyone in the community who has been a part the league’s 100 years of history which you will see when local footy returns on April 10.”
