Integrity
The PFL is committed to protecting the health, safety and well-being of all participants, and encourages anyone involved in the game to report any improper conduct or concerning behaviour they witness or experience.
Notice of Investigation (NOI)
Notice of Investigations can be lodged for a player, official, or club who is alleged to have committed or engaged in conduct that constitutes a reportable offence where a player has been injured or vilified.

Please ensure your $500 bond is paid to the PFL at the time of NOI lodgement. BSB: 016-460 A/C: 253 692 009. You will receive a confirmation email if this form is submitted correctly.
Reporting an Issue
This WA Football form allows participants to report concerns relating to child safeguarding, grooming, illicit substances, sexual misconduct, wagering, anti-doping, and match fixing.
This email hotline is managed by our Integrity Officer. If you have concerns or need support, we’re here to help and encourage anyone to use this actively monitored service.
Vilification is any behaviour that humiliates, intimidates or targets someone based on who they are — if you have experienced or witnessed this, please fill out the Notice of Complaint form and return it to integrity@perthfootball.com.au
Amateur Status
A player is only permitted to participate in the Perth Football League as an AMATEUR.
The Perth Football League defines an AMATEUR as one who does not receive or agree to receive, either directly or indirectly, any remuneration or reward whatsoever (whether by match payments or expenses or otherwise) in respect to their participation as a player in the Perth Football League.
A player who has or have received such remuneration shall:
- be fined a sum not exceeding $2000; and
- have their registration to play cancelled.
A player is permitted to receive a match day award in recognition of performance not exceeding the value of $200.
This document protects the integrity of the competition by ensuring all players participate under amateur conditions and are held legally accountable to that standard. Players may be required to complete this declaration at any time.
Register of Interests
If you wish to be employed by your Perth Football League club and play, you must:
1. Register your interest using this form.
2. Gain exemption approval from the Perth Football League Competition Integrity Officer.
Failure to gain exemption approval before you play will breach the Perth Football League amateur status, and the player and club will be subject to penalties, including but not limited to fines, de-registration, loss of premiership points and club grade relegation.
Register or Withdraw Your Interest
Within this form, you can register your interest in employment or withdraw a previously submitted expression of interest.
Vilification
In a football context, vilification is any behaviour that targets or demeans someone based on their identity, whether on-field, on the sideline, online or within the club environment.
Vilification has no place in our game. Every player, volunteer and supporter deserves to feel safe, respected and included.
