THIS weeks Keystart Home Loans Match of the Week is the G Grade clash between Beechboro and North Beach at Altone Park, Beechboro.
The match will be Beechboro’s first home game of the season after they dispatched of High Wycombe by 90 points last week, providing the club with onfield reward after a grueling pre-season.
New coach Kevin Scheepens has brought a wealth of experience to the club over the off season and, combined with a new committee, has Beechboro confident they’re on the rise in season 2010.
The club will tackle a North Beach side desperate to get its first win of the season after they lost a one-sided encounter to Melville at home last week.
Beechboro will start warm favourites in the encounter and will hope to put on an entertaining match for the faithful who have stuck with the Bombers after a few lean years.
The Beechboro Bombers train Tuesdays and Thursdays at Altone Park, Benara Road, Beechboro at 6pm and welcome down anyone who wants to get involved in the club as either a player, committee member or volunteer.
