Community Football Operations Assistant

SENIOR Metropolitan Community Football is currently seeking applicants for the position of Community Football Operations Assistant. The role is a part time role with varying hours during the year but as a guide it will be close to full time during football season and around 20 hours during the off-season. The roster will be finalised in conjunction with the successful candidate.
The responsibilities of this position includes:
1. Operations
- Ensure the accurate and timely processing of all player registrations and clearances.
- Ensure the accurate and timely processing of all match day paperwork.
- Assist clubs with the efficient and effective use of the Sporting Pulse Player Management system.
- Assist Community Football Operations Manager with any other operational tasks as required.
- Assist clubs with general operational queries.
2. Administration
- Provide administrative assistance to the Community Football Operations Manager and Coordinator as required.
- Provide all relevant information required for all community football publications.
- Assist with general office duties
