Colts Forum: Recruiting and Retaining

On Wednesday 31 October, 2012 the WAAFL conducted a Footy Forum: Recruiting and Retaining Colts.
Over 70 people attended the forum which covered issues in relation to player retention in Colts, and included the associated figures in our region.
Information provided included potential marketing, recruitment and retention strategies, as well as the importance of relationships with potential and existing players.
Key spokespersons included: Troy Kirkham – WAFC Manager Junior Football, Clinton Testa – Fremantle CBC, and Erwin Edlinger – Manning Rippers.
